As a buyer, you have the Sells Rocket 30-Day money back guarantee, often known as a refund guarantee, to back up your purchases.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

We welcome you to study our refund and return policy.

Because this refund policy only applies to digital items (not events), following a purchase, such digital products are regarded "used" after download or opening.

Sells Rocket, on the other hand, gives a 30-day money-back guarantee provided specified circumstances are satisfied.

Please keep in mind that this refund guarantee only applies to digital items. It does not include any events.

(A) Conditions for Refund

You are entitled to a refund only if ALL the following this conditions are met:

(1) Before requesting a refund, you must have bought the product within the past 30 days.

(2) The receipt or transaction ID is presented as evidence of purchase.

(3) The product has breached at least one of the following consumer guarantees:

(a) The product got differs from the one purchased.

(b) The product is prohibited or dangerous to use.

(c) The product content does not match the product description on the sales page.

Please keep in mind that we retain the right, in our sole discretion, to deny refunds on any transaction that does not match the aforementioned return requirements.

It is the responsibility of the product providers to maintain and update their goods so that they perform properly for you.

If you wish to learn more about the product or if it seems difficult to grasp, you should contact the product's seller.

(B) Refund Exemptions

Certain products are not covered by our return policy.

These are products that fall into one of the two categories listed below:

i) For products with the Sells Rocket Quality Seal, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The Sells Rocket Quality Seal is a seal of authenticity for products that have been examined and validated over a fair length of time and belong to highly verified vendors.

ii) Virtual and physical event purchases are non-refundable.

While we may issue refunds for digital products, our refund policy does not cover virtual or physical events for a variety of reasons. Please keep this in mind.

How long will it take to process my refund?

From the time of approval of the request, it will take between 5 to 10 working days to process a refund.

Should I submit my bank account details?

That will not be needed, the refund will be processed via the payment platform you used in making payment.


What is needed for my refund request to be approved?

For a refund to be approved, it must meet with our conditions for refund stated on this page.


Do I return the product?

Since our products are digital, they are deemed used as soon as you download or open the purchase. Therefore, there is no need to return it, but you might be removed from the support group or community of the product if it has one.


How is a request refund processed?

After you submit a request for refund, our after-sales service team reviews your request to ensure fairness to all parties involved.

You may be redirected to the product’s vendor if needed.

If your request meets the necessary conditions, it will be approved.

On the other hand, the Sells Rocket after sales team can also disapproves refund requests due to its sole discretion.
